Casas de Romaria are a rural tourism project in Brotas,a typical Alentejo village, still evidencing ancient traditions linked to local culture and history and a unique architectonic character. Casas de Romaria are the result of a recovery project of the inns of Nossa Senhora de Brotas Confraternity to accommodate pilgrims. These houses present an accommodation capacity from 2 to 5 Pax, equipped with a small gourmet kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals, and typically decorated rooms with fireplace, an invitation to a quiet evening.
Steeped in exquisite natural beauty these pleasant country houses offer guests the opportunity to discover an enchanting rural area, with over five hundred years of history and a rich cultural heritage , with landmarks such as Nossa Senhora de Brotas Sanctuary and the magnificent Torre das Águias.

| How to Get There |
From Lisbon: Follow the motorway A2 in direction to “Sul / Évora / Algarve”. Continue for 50 km and continue for the A6 in direction to “Évora / Espanha”. Continue for 40 km and leave the motorway on the exit N.º 3 in direction to “Montemor-o-Novo”. In Montemor-o-Novo follow the signs to “Mora” trought the road N2. You will arrive to the village of “Brotas” after 30 km. On the centre of the village turn in direction to the Church and you will find the reception of “Casas de Romaria” after 50 meters at your right side.GPS Coordinates:
