Located in Alto Alentejo, in the historic Town of Crato, the Casa do Largo is an old Manor house that has been fully refurbished and adapted to Country Tourism (Rural Tourism-Turismo de Habitação).
It is a very welcoming family house, which takes pride in its friendliness, comfort and refined details such as the Tiles (azulejos).
Casa do Largo maintains an intimate atmosphere, thanks to the small number of guest rooms (7 Doubles /Twins), all restored with comfort and good taste. The breakfast is excellent and here the children are very welcome, the Owners redecorated a games room exclusively for them.
At the outdoor terrace is located a poll for a refreshing swim or just to relax end read a Book .The attentive staff is happy to arrange rental bikes for you, making it easy to explore the region’s attractions. Casa do Largo is a prefect Place to stay for the lovers of the heritage and the nature. Invites for a short drive to Serra de São Mamede Natural Park, or to visit the most unknown Alentejo. |

| How to Get There |
From the Oporto or Lisbon Airport: Follow the motorway A1, until Torres Novas, then take A23 and follow towards Abrantes/Castelo Branco. At km 75, exit to the IP2 towards Portalegre/Nisa. Then, pass through the Fratel Dam and carry on until the exit Alpalhão/Crato. Carry on always in front and, 2 km after Flor da Rosa, you’ll arrive at Crato. Proceed at the first crossing; pass through the Fire-Station and, 200 meters after, turn left, for a steep ascent. Go ahead always on your left side until Praça do Município where, on your right side, you’ll find Casa do Largo.GPS Coordinates:
