| General terms and conditionsTour tickets provide the client with transport.Any additional extras are non-included.Reservations – Reservations are only accepted up to 72 hours prior to the tour date. Reservations are only guaranteed following due receipt of payment by bank transfer, which needs to be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the date of service.
Cancellation: up to 72 hours prior to departure – free of any charges. There are no refunds after this deadline.
Tickets for children up to the age of four are free but only include transport (with any other costs incurred by the accompanying adult). Children aged between five and ten pay 50 % of the adult fee.
Insurance is provided in accordance with Portuguese law.
Reservations are compulsory as is subsequent confirmation by the tour operator.
Tours may be subject to change without prior warning.
Where the number of participants is less than seven, the operator reserves the right to carry out the tour in a minibus or private vehicle.
Monuments are closed on public holidays.
Baggage is the responsibility of the client and attention should be paid when loading and unloading.
Complaints – Complaints are only taken into consideration when submitted in writing to the travel agency where the tour reservation and payment was made within a period of no greater than 15 days following the provision of service. Equally, complaints are only accepted when registered with the service suppliers (hotels, guides, local representatives, etc.) during the course of the tour or overnight stay and proven by copy of the respective incident documentation. |
