9h00 Departure from the hotels in P.Delgada towards the most western part of the island, where the mountains and lakes of Sete Cidades are situated. Stop at the belvedere of Vista do Rei, one of the most important panoramic stops of the island, where the blue and green lakes can be observed in an enormous volcanic crater.Return to Ponta Delgada through a mountain road with beautiful sights over the central part of the island. In the outskirts of Ponta Delgada a stop will be made at the pineapple plantations to observe how this tropical fruit grows here.
